Yeah, So About All Those Tiles

An Iconic Guide to the Tiles in Alchemy

I’ve provided the "guide to the tiles"—because navigating our chaotic, glorious web of podcasts, short podcasts, reviews, writer's prompts, snarky blogs, reviews, and whatever else (aka other s***) we decide to throw in there shouldn’t be a complete nightmare. Think of it as your personal map to the literary jungle that is our website. We’ve got tiles everywhere, each one representing a mystical aspect of what we’re offering.

It’s like a treasure hunt, only the treasure is actually just a bunch of podcasts and snarky commentary, and the “X” marks the spot where we make fun of everything in sight.

So, use this guide if you want to avoid spending the next hour clicking around aimlessly and looking like a total dorkus. Don’t worry, we made sure the icons are visually stunning and completely self-explanatory—just kidding, they’re as confusing as the rest of it. In short, the guide to the icons is your lifeline to not getting lost in our delightful chaos. Use it wisely.

Is a Deeper Explanation Really Required?

So this weird psychedelic icon here is is for a Podcast (the short ones have a "Short n' Sweet" almost invisibly small in the top left).

Smart, right?

The Snark (me) working the mystifying technology of the recording studio is your gateway to an honest (hahahhahja) review of one of the podcasts.

The Snarkblog tile shows The Snark writing a blog. Yes, on my phone. I can't afford a laptop. Thank you very much.

This tile is some girl I met in a bar who asked for a writer's prompt - so I gave her one, and got her to pose for this photo. You'll find more gripping prompts if you click on those tiles. Sorry, Cassie (or whatever your name is)

And finally, the manically gripped pen tile indicates a review of the first 600 words of an ongoing work submitted for a review by the author. Admire the bravery.
